On Sunday 17th Feb 2013, we have had the honour of welcoming members from various government institutions to the English in Action Orientation and Cooperation workshop. The workshop was organised in collaboration with the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE), Government of Bangladesh.
Distinguished officials from the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME), Ministry of Education (MoE), Directorate of Primary Education, National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM), National Academy for Primary Education (NAPE), Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE)and National Curriculum & Textbook Board Bangladesh (NCTB) participated in a day long workshop.
We received an enthusiastic response from the government to embed the English in Action approach and materials in the mainstream education system. The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. M M Neazuddin, Secretary of MoPME, Government of Bangladesh.
